We will recommend the most suitable vehicle based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage.
For your safety and comfort, please refer to the following guidelines:
・Toyota Alphard（Max 6 passengers） Suitcases: up to approximately 4 pieces.Suitable for small-group airport transfers, sightseeing, and business use.
・Toyota HiAce（Max 9 passengers） Suitcases: up to approximately 9 pieces.Suitable for group use or customers with larger amounts of luggage.
※The number of luggage items that can be loaded may vary depending on size, shape, and whether items such as baby strollers or golf bags are included. ※For safety reasons, depending on the combination of passengers and luggage, your preferred vehicle may not be available. ※If you have special luggage such as golf bags, large suitcases, or wheelchairs, please contact us in advance.
Narita Airport Transfer Service
For cancellations, the following cancellation fees will apply.
After 6:00 PM on the day before use: 100% of the service fee
After 9:00 AM on the day before use: 50% of the service fee
After 12:00 AM on the day before use: 30% of the service fee

・Cancellation requests will be accepted based on contact received during business hours.
・No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
・In unavoidable cases such as flight delays or severe weather, please contact us. We will respond flexibly where possible.
・Date or time changes may also be possible depending on the situation.
